A workout plan built around the equipment you own.
GLEAMO builds a personalized strength plan from a short questionnaire — goals, training days, experience, injuries, and the equipment you have, including a photo of it — and restricts the exercise pool on the server before the model chooses, so the plan only contains exercises you can do with what's in front of you.

What the plan generator does
GLEAMO generates a progressive, multi-day strength program that is constrained by your real equipment and your real injuries — not by a template.
Most plan generators hand you a template and hope you own whatever it assumes. GLEAMO doesn't work that way. Your equipment answer — full commercial gym, limited gym, home gym, bodyweight, or a written description plus photos — maps to an allowed set of equipment types on the server. The exercise library is filtered to that set before the model picks anything. If you photographed your garage, those photos are treated as the source of truth for what's available.
The same questionnaire captures your target areas, days per week, experience level, injuries such as knee pain, posture goals, and any specific exercises you want in or out. The result is a week of named training days — "Day 3: Lower Body Strength + Mobility" — each with a one-sentence reason it's in your plan, a warm-up, a demo clip for every exercise, and sets, reps, and starting weights to log.
After each workout you can tell GLEAMO how it went, and the plan adapts.
How it works
- Tell GLEAMO your goals. Pick target areas and a focus — full-body strength, upper or lower body, posture — plus how many days a week you can train and your experience level.
- Describe or photograph your equipment. Choose full gym, limited gym, home gym, or bodyweight. For anything short of a full commercial gym, write in what you have or snap photos. GLEAMO reads the photos and only programs what it sees.
- Flag injuries and requests. Note knee pain, a shoulder you're protecting, or exercises you specifically want or want to avoid. GLEAMO works around them rather than ignoring them.
- Get a plan you can review. GLEAMO generates your week — named days, a one-sentence "why" for each day, warm-ups, doses, and a demo clip for every movement. You see it before you accept it, and you can swap any exercise in seconds.
- Train, log, and let it adapt. Log sets and weights as you go. Post-workout feedback feeds back into the plan; imported creator workouts can be folded in alongside it.
Who this is for — and who it isn't
GLEAMO's plan generator is for people whose situation doesn't fit a template: a specific set of equipment, a joint to protect, a body-part priority, or all three.
Built for you if
- You train at home or in a small gym and are tired of plans that assume a cable stack
- You have knee pain or another injury and want a plan that respects it, not one you have to edit every day
- You have a body-part priority but still want a real full-body program
- You want real progression, not a fixed circuit, whatever your age or experience
- You're a beginner who wants a starting point that grows with you
Probably not for you if
- You want a free plan generator with no app — GLEAMO is a paid iOS app with a 7-day trial
- You're on Android
- You want a pure logging tool for a program you already wrote — Hevy and Strong are excellent at that
- You want a coach who films and critiques your form — GLEAMO shows demo clips, it doesn't watch you lift
GLEAMO vs. Fitbod vs. Hevy
Fitbod is the closest comparison for plan generation; Hevy is the closest for logging. GLEAMO sits between them — and each beats GLEAMO at something.
Fitbod also generates workouts around selected gym equipment, has years of user data behind its recommendations, and runs on Android. Hevy is a superb free logger with a big social community and Android support, but it doesn't generate a plan for you. GLEAMO's edge is narrower and specific: photo-based equipment input filtered server-side, injury-aware generation, a demo clip for every move, and the ability to import Instagram or TikTok workouts into the same plan.

Questions about the plan generator
Is there an app that makes a workout plan for you based on the equipment you have?
Yes — GLEAMO. You describe or photograph your equipment and GLEAMO restricts its exercise library to what you own before generating your plan, so every exercise is one you can actually do.
Can I build a workout plan around a home gym with just dumbbells?
Yes. Choose "home gym," write in "two adjustable dumbbells and a bench" (or photograph them), and GLEAMO programs only dumbbell, bodyweight, and bench exercises. If you add equipment later, update the questionnaire and regenerate.
Does GLEAMO work around knee pain or other injuries?
Yes. The questionnaire asks about injuries and GLEAMO builds the plan to respect them — for knee pain, that means knee-friendly lower-body variants rather than deep loaded flexion. Any exercise can still be swapped in seconds if something doesn't feel right.
Does GLEAMO explain why an exercise is in my plan?
Yes. Every training day comes with a one-sentence "why," written to you, explaining why that day's exercises were chosen for your goals, equipment, and injuries. You see it on the plan preview before you accept the plan — and you can swap anything you disagree with.
How is this different from a free workout plan generator?
Free web generators produce a one-off text plan. GLEAMO's plan lives in an app: it filters exercises by your real equipment on the server, shows a demo clip for every movement, logs your sets and weights, adapts from your feedback, and lets you import creator workouts into the same week. It's a paid iOS app with a 7-day free trial.
Can I set a body-part priority?
Yes. You choose the focus — full-body, upper or lower body, posture — and GLEAMO builds the week around it while keeping the rest of the program progressive.
Is GLEAMO good for beginners?
Yes. Plans are scaled to your experience level, so beginners get an approachable start that progresses, and experienced lifters get real progression. The injury-aware questionnaire matters at any age.
How much does it cost?
GLEAMO Pro is $6/month or $35/year after a 7-day free trial. Cancel anytime. iOS only for now.
